Terms & Conditions

Effective 1 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the iRecrut recruitment platform — including the web application, employer dashboard, AI matching tools, and WhatsApp workflows. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Quick summary: By using iRecrut, you agree to post only legitimate jobs, handle candidate data responsibly, pay for subscriptions, and follow applicable laws. Our AI tools assist — but you make all hiring decisions. Scroll down for full details.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iRecrut's Services — whether through the web application, WhatsApp, or any partner channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you register on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us at support@irecrut.com of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise.
  • We may request verification or suspend access where misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

Employer Obligations

As an employer using the platform, you agree to:

  • Post only lawful, accurate, and non-misleading job opportunities.
  • Not submit discriminatory, offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Use candidate data only for legitimate hiring and related HR workflows.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.
  • Not scrape, resell, export, or otherwise misuse candidate profiles or platform data.

AI Features & Matching

iRecrut uses automated tools — including AI-assisted resume parsing, job scoring, and candidate–job matching — to help streamline recruitment. These outputs are decision-support tools only.

Important: AI-generated scores, summaries, and recommendations are informational aids. You remain solely responsible for all recruitment decisions, background checks, legal compliance, and hiring outcomes.

Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are charged through our approved payment partner at the price displayed at checkout.
  • Plans may include usage quotas (job posts, candidate views, messaging credits). Quotas reset per billing cycle.
  • All displayed prices are inclusive of GST. GST is collected as part of the listed price and remitted directly to the Government of India by iRecrut.
  • GST input credit is not claimable on purchases made through this platform. iRecrut operates as the direct taxpayer and does not issue GST-claimable invoices to customers.
  • Unless expressly stated in writing or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • We may revise plan pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with service availability, performance, or platform security.
  • Transmit malware, spam, illegal content, or infringing material.

WhatsApp Messaging

If you interact with us via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving operational and account-related messages at the number you provide. Message delivery, template policies, and enforcement are also subject to Meta and WhatsApp Business platform terms.

Intellectual Property

The Services, software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by iRecrut or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your lawful internal recruitment purposes only.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, messaging platforms, and AI services. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policy decisions of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRecrut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or reputational harm — arising from use of the Services.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies, or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@irecrut.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
